The 2010 South African National Paracycling Championships are scheduled for 27, 28 and 29 March 2010. The championships will be held in Port Elizabeth, with the track events (27 March) taking place at the Westbourne Oval and the Time Trial and Road Race events (28 and 29 March respectively) to be held in the Greenbushes area (Altona Road) east of the city.
The National Championship programme is organised according to the various classes of physical disability and visual impairment that apply to paracycling. A number of Paralympian cyclists and 2009 World Championship gold and silver medalists, including Ernst van Dyk, Riaan Nel, Janos Plekker, Stephan Heroldt and Roxy Burns, will be participating in the championships.
